1.Hair must be kept clean and orderly at all times. 2.Facial hair must be kept neat. 3.Visible pierced body parts are not allowed. (Ears, allowed, within reason.) 4.Visible tattoos must be covered during business hours. No Exceptions. 5.General personal hygiene must be kept high during a busy work day. 6.Uniform shirts will be provided by “Keenwick” you must supply pants. Khakis, Dockers style. 7.Certain hats are allowed. Check with your manager.
Our drug testing standards are strict. You will be tested “at random” with no warning. Failure to comply with a random drug test is grounds for immediate dismissal.
NO smoking is allowed on job sites. Period.
The nature of our business is that of “get it when you can get it”. On occasions we work on weekends, nights and holidays. You will be expected to work these times on short notice.
Under certain conditions we require employees to sign a Non-Compete Agreement and a Confidentiality Agreement. Our wanting this signed depends on the level of investment we are willing to make in you and your career.
